In-house and external education

25-40 hours per week, assisting, training and working the desk

Weekly coaching sessions, weekly technical training & assisting

Earn $23-$44/hr in service commission or $13-$16/hr while you build

Typically, 6 days PTO earned 1st year

Training at Lontis:

Our goal is to help you achieve technical excellence and build a book of quality clients. We do this by hiring friendly, motivated service providers who in turn create positive guest experiences. We know that happy clients send their friends and return for services. The education here at Lontis is 3 fold: 1 part technical, 1 part creating an experience/retention and 1 part actively growing clientele.

Our Associates learn by doing. Each one has an “Opportunity Day” to perform services on live models, friends and family at a 50% discount. We do this to improve your technical skills in a non-threatening environment and obtain objective feedback from clients. Weekly training in a 1 on 1 or small group setting is provided to help you more quickly perfect the techniques of your craft.

Here at Lontis, We build demand on our time by actively seeking new clients as well as retaining walk-ins and salon/spa clients. By focusing on our numbers, we can achieve financial success and stability. We follow guidance from the best coaches in the industry the Summit Salon Systems. With their expertise, we have created a success plan for you with easy to understand goals that are based on daily success and tried & true industry best practice methods.
